Here Are The Worst Kendamas You Can Buy

When starting out and you really didn’t know where to start looking to purchase your first or second kendama, you most likely resisted to Amazon because well, they sell everything right?

At least this is what I did when I first began to play. I was completely oblivious to professional kendama companies, I didn’t even know they existed. Nevertheless I still jammed the garbage I was collecting. After all, I really just bought them because they were cheap.

Number 1:

I never understood the whole cracked stone look on kendamas. The paint is tacky, and I don’t mean sticky.

And the reviews of these weren’t very favorable…

Number 2:

Now here we are with THE CLASSIC (airhorns blaring) from Red Wagon toys! Only $8 with shipping? What a deal!

But perhaps the deal is too good to be true. Lets read the reviews first…

Yikes. Not just not great, but not great and disappointing? PASS!

Number 3:

Now I know how everyone’s a fan for Kaleb Kendama, but I’m going to have to be the odd one out here and disagree.

I absolutely despise the basketball idea. Yet, I have also heard that if you put a basketball on anything, you will be able to sell it. Notice, you’ll start seeing basketballs everywhere.

Number 4:

I laughed my ass off when I came across this one. By far the most bulbously deformed dama I have ever seen. Looking at it physically hurts.

So the first few kendamas I bought are now in retrospect complete crap compared to the sharper shapes Sweets, Krom and Sol puts out.

On that note I’m going to go cradle my Homegrown Next Gen Splice now. Don’t buy these kendamas.
